Ownership

Media24, one of the world’s largest magazine, newspaper, digital and book publishers, owns 58% of New Media Publishing. The balance of the shareholding is held by executive directors Bridget McCarney (Managing Director), John Psillos (Business Development), Irna van Zyl (Editorial Development), a share trust, in which any staff member who has been with the company for more than three years can particpate, and non-executive director Naomi Herselman.
